Terms of use
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms apply when you use qlevio.com and its candidate and employer areas. The site is run by ServClin LLC, trading as Qlevio. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Our services
Qlevio is a recruiting service paid for by employers. Recruiting work for an employer is governed by a separate written Sprint agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Candidates
- Creating a profile and being placed is free. We will never ask you to pay us.
- Information you give us must be accurate and your own. Profiles found to use false identities or someone else’s work history are removed.
- We can’t promise that you will be shortlisted, interviewed or hired. Employers make their own hiring decisions.
- How we handle your data is set out in our privacy notice.
Employers
- Candidate information we share is confidential and may be used only to consider that candidate for the role we presented them for.
- Fees, the replacement guarantee, and fees owed on later hires of a candidate we introduced are set out in your Sprint agreement.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to access other people’s data or areas you aren’t authorized for, no automated sign-ups, and nothing unlawful, misleading or harmful.
Accounts
Keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there. Tell us at contact@qlevio.com if you think someone else has accessed your profile.
Intellectual property
