Privacy notice
Last updated October 24, 2026
This notice explains how ServClin LLC, trading as Qlevio (“Qlevio”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you visit qlevio.com, create a candidate profile, or contact us about hiring. It applies to people in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Who is responsible
ServClin LLC is the controller of your personal data. Contact us about anything in this notice at contact@qlevio.com.
Candidates
What we collect
- Profile details you give us: name, email, phone, city and country, work authorization, specialties, experience, certifications, salary range, work-mode preference, LinkedIn URL and referral code.
- Your résumé and, if you send one, a link to an intro video.
- Notes our recruiters write after screening calls, and where you are in a hiring process.
- A verification record if you are shortlisted: that a recruiter checked a government ID against you on a live video call, the date, and who checked it. We do not keep copies or images of ID documents.
- Your consent choices, with the date and the notice version.
Why we use it
- To match you with roles and present you to employers — based on your consent when you create a profile, and our legitimate interest in running a recruiting service.
- To verify your identity before presenting you, to protect employers and other candidates from fraud (legitimate interest).
- To send you updates about your profile and applications, and, only if you opt in, our Real Jobs email (consent; unsubscribe at any time).
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who sees it
Employers see your profile only when we shortlist you for one of their roles, and then only your résumé, intro video, verification status and our notes. Your email and phone are shared only after you agree to an interview. We never sell your data, and we never publish a searchable candidate database.
No automated decisions
A person makes every shortlisting and hiring recommendation. We do not use software to score, rank or reject candidates.
Always free
Candidates never pay Qlevio for anything.
Employer contacts and enquiries
When you request a Sprint, a Fraud Risk Check, or contact us, we collect your name, job title, work email, phone, company and the details of your request, to reply and to provide our services (legitimate interest and, where you sign an agreement with us, contract).
Site visitors
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs for security.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Qlevio, under contracts that limit how they use data: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (email), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection) and Calendly (booking calls). Some of them process data in the United States. Where UK or EU data is transferred, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Candidate profiles: while you are active. We review profiles that have been inactive for 24 months and delete them unless you confirm you want to stay.
- Enquiries from employers: for as long as needed to respond and for our business records.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, for the required period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data, or send it to you in a portable format;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
Email contact@qlevio.com. We answer within 30 days and never charge for a request. You can also complain to a regulator: the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, your EU data protection authority, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or your US state attorney general.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Résumés sit in private storage and are shared only through links that expire after 10 minutes. Access is limited to the people who need it, and admin access requires multi-factor authentication.
Children
Qlevio is for working professionals and not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
When we change this notice we update the date above. If a change affects what you consented to, we ask again before relying on it. Version 2026-10-24.
